Before You Open the File: Submitting this form begins your case but does not confirm your booking. No date, resources, or talent are committed until a signed agreement and 50% deposit are received. The remaining 25% is due 7 days prior to the event, and the final balance is due on the day of completion, or as otherwise negotiated per the signed contract. The event organizer is solely responsible for ensuring all attendees are of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction, that the venue complies with all applicable local ordinances regarding tobacco, and that any permits required for tobacco use at the event are properly obtained. The staging, characters, and atmosphere we provide are theatrical elements — we are not responsible for regulatory compliance, guest conduct, or any liability arising from tobacco use at the event. Submitting this form constitutes acknowledgment of these terms.
