By submitting a cigar for review through the "Investigate My Cigar" service, you represent that you have the legal right to submit the product and that the cigar has been lawfully obtained. Noir Cigar™ reserves the right to decline any submission at its sole discretion.
You grant Noir Cigar™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, display, and distribute the resulting review content across its platforms.
By using the Detective's Case File app, you agree that anonymized, aggregated cigar review data generated through the app may be collected and commercially licensed to third parties, including cigar manufacturers and industry researchers. Your personal identity is never included in any data sold or licensed. See our Privacy Policy for full details and opt-out options.
Bookings for Detective Watson appearances or Noir Event design services are subject to separate written agreements. These Terms do not constitute a booking confirmation. All event services require a signed contract and deposit before any date is reserved.
Noir Cigar™ participates in affiliate marketing programs. Some links may earn us a commission at no additional cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, products, services, or privacy practices of any third-party sites linked from noircigar.com.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
